Choo Choo is a member of Top Cat's gang. He is a pink cat sporting a long white turtleneck; the tip of his tail is known to vary as white or black, depending on the episode.
He is known as a wanna-be ladies man, but too often fails to win over his dates, usually because they're "not his kind," in its turn explaining his becoming social-media meme fodder in the mid-2010s.
In Jellystone!, Choo Choo is reimagined as a woman with hacking abilities and is more tough in contrast with the sensitive male portrayal in the original series. She also has a much thicker Bronx accent.

Social Media Meme[]
In the mid-2010s, Choo-Choo became a popular meme for social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr as an epitome of social ineptitude and passivity, as if reflecting Choo-Choo's traits of character as a social wannabe, but something of a klutz in this regard.
