Daisy-Head Mayzie is an animated television special produced by Hanna-Barbera for Turner Network Television in 1995. It was based on the last children's book officially written, but not illustrated, by Dr. Seuss, but the animated special was produced before the publication of the book.
Summary
Mayzie McGrew is a blond human schoolgirl who suddenly has a bright white daisy growing out of her head. It causes alarm in her classroom, family and town, until an agent makes her a celebrity. The Cat in the Hat narrates this story; he helps Mayzie to understand her problem and persuade her to go back home.
