Shelly LaMarine is a character in Jabberjaw. She was voiced by Patricia Parris.

Shelly is one of the four human friends of Jabberjaw. She plays the tambourine and is the lead singer for the Neptunes and is Biff's girlfriend. She considers herself to be the true star of the band, similar to Alexandra Cabot in Josie and the Pussy Cats.
As a spoiled rotten diva, Shelly is rude to her bandmates, insults them, treats them like dirt and thinks extremely highly of herself. She directs the bulk of her ire towards Jabberjaw, usually because of his clear affection for her. Despite her attitude towards him most of the time, she is actually fond of Jabberjaw deep down and occasionally shows this side. Shelly is also deeply devoted to Biff, and feels lonely and insecure without him.
Shelly is a slender, young, pretty lady with long, straight black hair and two curly locks on her shoulders. She has a fair skin color. She wears a sleeveless, bright red diving suit with a matching skirt, a yellow neckline that extends over her shoulders, a yellow waistband, a yellow highlight on the side of each bottom leg, and yellow boots.
