Officer Charlie Dibble is a policeman from Top Cat.
He is a beat cop assigned to Hoagy's Alley, where Top Cat lives and is constantly attempting to bust him and his gang for breaking the law such as using his police phone or gambling, but T.C. always manages to find a way to weasel out of it.
Personality[]
Officer Dibble enjoys being a cop, but dreads having to deal T.C.'s schemes day after day. He has a very hot temper as T.C.'s antics and obnoxious behavior drives him round the twist and sometimes makes him look foolish in front of his Sergeant. Dibble is also prone to being caught up in T.C.'s smooth talk, which often gets him in trouble. Despite their adversity, Dibble and T.C. do consider each other good friends, and are able to work together when necessary.
