Genghis Kong was an ape monster that appeared in the film Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf.

He was deployed by Count Dracula to stop Shaggy and Scooby-Doo from winning the race.
Genghis Kong caught up to Shaggy's car. He then removed Scooby from the car and dropped Shaggy back to the ground. He then tickled Scooby's belly. Later, Shaggy's girlfriend, Googie, helped Scrappy-Doo defeat Genghis Kong by causing him to slip on their car, thus freeing Scooby and Shaggy.
