Jokebook 0-title

Jokebook was an animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera for NBC primetime in 1982. As Jokebook consisted of animated shorts from around the world, along with comedy sketches produced in-house, it was the only Hanna-Barbera series not to have recurring characters. Seven half-hour episodes were produced, but only three were broadcast.

Notable guest shorts

  • "The Crunch Bird" (1971), winner of the 1972 Academy Award for Best Short Subject, Animated Films
  • "Jerome", a Student Showcase film animated by Anthony de Rosa (credited onscreen as Anthony DeRosa)
