Katherine Elaine Soucie (born 20 February 1967, New York City, New York)[1] is an American voice actress. She is best known for voicing Lola Bunny in the live-action/animated film Space Jam, Kanga in Disney's Winnie the Pooh series after Barbara Luddy's death, Phil and Lil DeVille in Nickelodeon's Rugrats franchise, and Princess Sally Acorn in the 1993 Saturday Morning animated series Sonic the Hedgehog.
