Mayor Brown is the evil, sleazy and corrupt mayor of the city. The city went broke because of his careless exploiting of city property to make a quick buck. He sold the local golf course to condo developers, the bottling rights to the lake, resulting in the lake being drained and converted into a dumping ground, turned two of the three fire stations into yogurt places, and apparently he was going to turn the library into a make-your-own donut place, had it not burned down.
When he decides to run for governor, he decides to log all of Jellystone Park to raise funding for his campaign. When Yogi, Boo Boo, and Ranger Smith exposed his evil plot, it is possible he was arrested or impeached.
