He is Peter Perfect's lawyer. But he wants to take over the company with the help of hired villain, Dick Dastardly and his pal Muttley, whom he will hire when he takes over. He would take over if Dick Dastardly wins the race and makes the other racers, even the children of Perfect and Penelope Pitstop, Parker and Piper lose the race.
