Nancy is the owner of Tom Cat in "Baby Puss". She treats Tom like a baby and poisons him and (indirectly) Jerry Mouse with castor oil as Tom's "punishment" for leaving the crib.
As with other human characters in the Tom and Jerry series, her face is never shown.
