Phil Proctor (born July 28, 1940, in Goshen, Indiana) is an American actor. He was the voice of Jeremy Creek's father in The Town Santa Forgot.
Phil Proctor is a member of the comedy troupe Firesign Theatre. He is well known for his work on the Disney films Toy Story (1995), Aladdin (1992) and Monsters Inc. (2001). He is married to Melinda Peterson. They have one daughter, Kristin Proctor, from his first marriage, to Barbro Semmingsen.
Proctor is responsible for the Firesign Theatre's running gag, "Why does the porridge bird lay his egg in the air?"
He does most of the Firesign Theatre's female characters, including Nancy in the Nick Danger plays, and he recently played Princess Goddess with a sped-up recording of himself on their album Give Me Immortality or Give Me Death.
