Robert Jackson Williams (born July 19, 1978, in Los Angeles) is an American actor, best known for playing the lead role on Wake, Rattle & Roll.


Born and raised in Southern California, R.J. Williams began his acting career as a series regular on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. He went on to star in several movies of the week, numerous television pilots and guest roles in over 30 television series, including a recurring role on the ABC sitcom Full House, and his portrayal as "Rowdy" on the soap opera General Hospital, also on ABC.

His hosting career began when he starred in Wake, Rattle & Roll. After completing 130 episodes of "WR&R", Williams took a break from his on-camera duties to further hone his behind-the-scenes skills by attending the prestigious USC School of Cinema-Television. After completing his studies, Williams formed his own production company, Arjay Entertainment. His new company has become the market leader in content related to young actors and producers.
