Shadoe Stevens (born Terry Ingstad, 3 November 1947, Jamestown, North Dakota) is an American broadcaster, best known for his radio program, playing Mr. Fred Rated of the Federated Resources commercials, and his announcing work on the late 1980s format of The New Hollywood Squares starring John Davidson. For Hanna-Barbera, he was the unseen announcer on Fender Bender 500.
