The Snow Beast appears in "A Scary Night with a Snow Beast Fright", an episode of The Scooby-Doo Show. It was a robot piloted by Jean Pierre Baptiste, Professor Kreuger's assistant. Baptiste wanted to cover his tracks when he discovered oil.
The Snow Beast resembled a large, furry dinosaur. The fur on its head and around its neck was white while the rest of its fur was light blue. It had tan claws and toenails.
The Snow Beast wasn't all too bright. It was fooled by Scooby-Doo's igloo shell game and totem pole imitation. It did catch on to the dentist game, though.
Professor Krueger asked Scooby-Doo and the gang to come visit him, but he was then kidnapped by the beast. The gang arrived to find its work complete. The Eskimo village was smashed and there were large footprints in the snow.
After the beast kidnapped the Eskimo chief, the gang followed it to its ice cave lair. A chase ensued, during which a submarine was discovered, along with a pipe and a pile of black snow. This allowed Velma Dinkley to realize what was going on. After rescuing the beast's prisoners, the gang set a trap. Scooby lured the beast onto a sheet of ice, on which it slipped and fell. The costume fell apart, revealing Baptiste at the controls.
- Like many large animated creatures and characters in the Scoobyverse, the Snow Beast's size is inconsistent.
