Troy Baker (born April 1, 1976, in Dallas) is a prolific American voice actor who also works on English dubs of anime. His voice roles for Warner Bros. include:


Before pursuing acting, Baker was the lead singer and guitarist for the band Tripp Fontaine, whose music is featured in the movie Striking Range (2006).

Baker is best known as the English voice of Frank Archer in the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. He auditioned for the role of Kyoya Otori in the English dub of Ouran High School Host Club and would have won the role, but due to a busy schedule he was unable to work on the show. The role eventually went to J. Michael Tatum. Baker says, Tatum "did a better job than I ever could've done."
