Uncle Karl appears in "Fright House of a Lighthouse", a third-season episode of What's New Scooby-Doo? He is voiced by Pat Fraley.
About Karl[]
He is the uncle of Fred Jones and owns a cheese shop in Wisconsin. Karl is an adult Caucasian male with a muscular build and short blond hair. He wears a gray sweater with a white collar and an orange ascot, like that worn by his nephew.
The small Wisconsin town in which Karl lived was losing business because the nearby lighthouse was haunted by the Creepy Keeper. He provided Mystery Inc. with train tickets to Cyber Gulch.
